Our services

The Shortlist offers consulting interview preparation: The Playbook and The Room. The scope of your preparation, including the number of sessions, is agreed with you on your diagnostic call.

No promise of outcome

We prepare you against the real bar and give you honest feedback. We cannot and do not promise any interview, offer or other outcome. Hiring decisions are made by firms, not by us.

Case material

Every case we use is built for practice. Materials we share with you are for your personal preparation only and may not be shared, sold or published.

Bookings, rescheduling and refunds

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Full refund and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing when you book, before you pay.

Conduct

We expect respectful conduct from candidates and coaches alike. We may end a service if these terms are seriously breached.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, including the outcome of any recruitment process.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
